Check Ups & Cleaning
A proper check-up catches small problems while they're still cheap and painless to fix.
What's included
A full exam covers your teeth, gums, bite and soft tissue, plus a professional clean to remove plaque and tartar build-up that brushing alone can't shift.
We'll also take X-rays periodically to check for decay between teeth and below the gumline, where it isn't visible.
How often
Every six months is the standard guideline, though your dentist might recommend more or less often depending on your history with decay and gum disease.
Does a clean hurt?
Most people feel some pressure but not pain. If you're sensitive, let us know beforehand and we can adjust our approach.
What if I haven't been in years?
That's genuinely fine — we won't lecture you. We'll just do a thorough check and go from there.
